Our garments are custom printed to order. Please consult our size charts prior to ordering!
Because our garments are custom printed we can only process a return and not an exchange. If you need the item in a different style, size or color you can re-order through our website at any point during this process.
If your item has a manufacturing defect, such as the dimensions of the item are off by more than 1" or the print has a defect in it you will receive a full refund upon the item being checked into our warehouse. The quickest way to determine if your item is defective in size is to measure it and compare your measurements to those in our size charts. You are looking to confirm that your measurements differ by more than 1" (industry standard). If you believe your item is defective please provide your measurements and we will provide instructions on returning it. Please note, all defective item returns are subject to verification of defect. Returns must be completed within 30 days of delivery. Returns past 30 days will not be accepted.
If your item does not meet any of these criteria, such as you ordered the wrong size or you no longer need/want the item you may return your item to the address below. Please note, you will be responsible for return shipping costs and a 20% restock fee will apply to the item. Original shipping costs are not refundable. Items that are not returned in their original condition, or have obvious signs of use are subject to a 50% restock fee. This includes items that are returned with an odor, have pet hair, or have been washed. Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery. Returns past 30 days will not be accepted.
All returns must have an RMA number assigned prior to a return!

You will receive an email with a tracking number in it alerting you that your item has been shipped. If you do not receive this email please review your spam settings within your email client. The email may have gone directly to your spam folder.
Delivery times will vary based on the destination of your package. Domestic orders typically arrive within 2-7 business days. International orders are shipped First-Class and can sometimes take up to 30 days to arrive. You can track your order on the USPS website.
If the USPS tracking status is: "Shipping Info Received" it means your order is currently being processed. If you see this status and your estimated delivery date has passed we recommend checking with USPS to see if they can locate your package. If they are unable to locate your package please contact us.
